Summer is delightful for many reasons, but today we are taking a closer look at the wonder of farmers’ markets and where you can find some of the best in our area.
Farmers’ markets across the North Shore spring up every year around this time to the delight of residents who love locally grown and freshly picked fruits and veggies. Additionally, many local farmers’ markets have a host of artisans who sell their handmade gifts, crafts and handiwork at tables. It is a great place to find unique items that support local artists.
Revere’s Farmers’ Market
Revere’s Farmers’ Market One of our favorite spots to explore is the Revere Farmers’ Market. It is located at the Revere Beach Waterfront Square Beachside every Friday from July 26th to September 30th from 12 pm to 4 pm. What a great place to stop by on a Friday to gather ingredients for your weekend meals and check out the craftsmanship of artists from our community.

Salem Farmers’ Market
Located in historic Salem, Massachusetts, the Salem Farmers’ Market is located in Derby Square off Front Street. It is held every Thursday from 3 pm - 7 pm and its season runs from June 13 – October 10, 2024.
From fresh flowers to crisp fruits and veggies, the Salem Farmers’ Market has lots to see and do right in historic downtown Salem. It is an award-winning market having been awarded the Best of the North Shore, Editors Choice – Best Farmers’ Market several years running!
Newburyport Farmers’ Market
Looking to head north and enjoy the coast of Massachusetts while visiting farmers’ markets? The Newburyport Farmers’ Market is the perfect destination to shop, listen to live music and enjoy the waterfront.
The Newburyport Farmers’ Market is located in Tannery Square every Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm. It offers items from local produce to meat, to coffees and teas. Beverly Farmers’ Market
The Beverly Farmers’ Market, located at Veterans Memorial Park, 75-85 Broadway Street offers not only a lush public park to enjoy while you shop but also access to fresh, local food, live music, & events.
Held on Mondays from 3 pm to 7 pm, the Beverly Farmers’ Market offers live music, build-your-own bouquets, freshly picked flowers, fruits and veggies and crafts from around the North Shore.
