Owner George Philbrook has been in the pizza industry since he was just 17 years old. First, he worked for national chains learning the business, and eventually worked for a pizzeria that was going out of business. He scrimped and saved in order to buy his own shop which is known as Nonni’s Pizza today.
Nonni’s Pizza was recently named the 2022 winner of the local contest “The Slice is Right 2022” on radio station 92.9 in Boston, Massachusetts. Nonni’s competed against 64 other pizzerias in the area, and after six rounds of competition was named the champion.
